KINSHASA, Congo (AP) -- In a thunderous blast, a cargo plane slammed into an impoverished residential neighborhood in Congo's capital seconds after takeoff Thursday, leaving at least 25 people dead in a smoky wreckage of concrete blocks and twisted debris.

NO, IT WILL JUST ADD TO THE DECLINE OF OUR MORAL FOUNDATIONS.
YES, THERE WILL BE MORE PEOPLE WHO CAN SERVE IN THE MILITARY.
IT WILL HAVE NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE MILITARY, BUT IT GIVES A GOVERNMENT STAMP OF APPROVAL TO HOMOSEXUALITY.
