Patricia C. Dunn resigned over the disclosure of Hewlett-Packard’s internal spying operation. She will be replaced by Mark V. Hurd, right, the chief executive officer. Also, two senior employees involved in the investigation have been fired, people briefed on Mr. Hurd’s plans said.
