WATERSHED SIGNS COST TAXPAYERS $289,000!!

Have you noticed those new "watershed" signs on the interstate. There are a lot of them. CLICK HERE. And they are costing Tennessee taxpayers over $289,000! Couldn't the Tennessee legislature have found ANYTHING less wasteful of taxpayer money than these silly signs?
