REPUBLICAN VOTERS SPLIT ON GUEST WORKERS AND AMNESTY ISSUES.
May 10, 2006 - 07:37
An exclusive SuperTalk 99.7 WTN/Nashville City Paper statewide poll of likely Republican voters reveals that those voters are not of a like mind when it comes to many issues involving illegal immigration. For the detailed numbers, CLICK HERE.

STATE SURPLUS SURGES...AGAIN!!
May 10, 2006 - 07:50
Great, now they have even more of our money to spend...with no intentions of sending any back our way. Just 9 months into the current fiscal year, new Department of Revenue figures show that we have a surplus of $226.7 MILLION dollars.  Final surplus figures when the fiscal year ends in June will likely be at or around $300 million. Let's roll back the sales tax on food by two cents RIGHT NOW and then roll back another penny next year. That will put $210 MILLION back into the pockets of working families in Tennessee over the next two years. Money WE can spend rather than letting bureaucratic nitwits spend it for us. CLICK HERE.

DOW 12000?!?!?!?!
May 10, 2006 - 07:50
The stock market is edging closer and closer to a record high. The Left still says the economy is in trouble. Numbers, unlike politicians, don't lie. CLICK HERE.

NOW THIS IS REAL DOMESTIC SPYING.
May 10, 2006 - 07:50
The leftists who got so upset about the NSA intercepting phone calls between terrorists overseas and people they were talking to in this country are silent about a REAL domestic spying episode involving the government. It seems that the U.S. Border Patrol is keeping track of the Minutemen, and telling the Mexican government what they are up to. This is pretty revealing. It seems to prove that the Border Patrol has more loyalty to the Mexican government than to our own citizens, but their failure to enforce our border for the past few decades should have told us that already. CLICK HERE.

To make matters worse, the Border Patrol is now trying to lie about what they have been caught doing. CLICK HERE.

BRITS SAY AL QUEDA IS OPERATING JUST SOUTH OF THE U.S. BORDER.
May 10, 2006 - 07:51
Just another good reason to shut down the southern border...and fire the nitwits at U.S. Border Patrol. CLICK HERE.

LEFTIE CONGRESSMAN BACKS SLAVE REPARATIONS.
May 10, 2006 - 07:51
If the Democrats actually take control of the U.S. House after the fall elections, this is an example of the nitwittery they will pursue -- which will make their time back in power mercifully short but horribly damaging. CLICK HERE.

TROOPS DON'T LIKE ARMOR SUITS; SAY THEY MAKE THEM LOOK GOOFY.
May 10, 2006 - 07:52
Maybe, but when you are pointing a .50 cal machine gun at people, nobody will say it. CLICK HERE.

SEX AT HOME LEADS TO SUSPENSION AND LAWSUIT.
May 10, 2006 - 07:52
A high school student who had sex with his girlfriend at her home has been suspended because the activity took place during school hours. (They had left campus with permission for an event, but when it was cancelled they went to her house rather than go back to school.) He and his parents have now sued the school, claiming that the school has no interest in what he does off campus. I don't think my parents would have taken my side in a case like this, much less filed suit on my behalf. CLICK HERE.

EVERYTHING YOU KNOW IS WRONG.
May 10, 2006 - 07:53
Most of the stories hyped by the mainstream media are simply wrong. But those who listen to Steve Gill Mornings already knew that. John Stossel lays out the details in his new book. CLICK HERE.

MORRIS SAYS REPUBLICANS SHOULD RUN LIKE DEMOCRATS.
May 10, 2006 - 07:53
Why not. They are already governing like tax and spend Democrats. CLICK HERE.

THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE!!
May 10, 2006 - 08:07
Despite the propaganda from the Left and their media lackeys, the American taxpayer still knows the truth! Even in Massachusetts they know that lower taxes are better for the economy. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
