Liberals love Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez. Sean Penn likes him. So does Danny Glover. And Jimmy Carter. The mere fact that he is a brutal tyrant doesn't bother them. Nor his links to Islamic jihadist terrorists. Nor even his close ties to drug dealing narco-terrorists. All they know is that they love them some Hugo, because he hates George Bush...just like them. HILLARY PUSHES SWING STATE STRATEGY.

Polls show Hillary leading Barack Obama by 43 points in West Virginia, a state that is generally considered an important swing state in presidential politics. 43 points. In Kentucky she leads by 34. How can the presumed Democratic Presidential nominee be dusted by margins like that and still be considered the "front runner"? CLICK HERE.
The fact is, Barack Obama has won in states with large black populations that have voted for him in near unanimity. In North Carolina, for example, nearly half of the Democratic Primary voters were black, and he got almost all of them. That is where he got his margin of victory. But he will not win many of those same states in the fall...South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi...nor will he win some of the other states that he carried over Hillary, like Wyoming. The racial divide that he has used to win the Democratic primaries will come back to haunt him, and he is not competitive in states that the Democrats have to win in order to prevail over John McCain. That is Hillary's best argument, even if the Dems are not paying any attention. |

Conservative Democrats (there are a few) and Republicans have done a miserable job of cleaning out the liberals in the legislature because most folks wait until the general elections to get involved. In August Republicans and Democrats will conduct primary elections for State House and Senate seats. RINOs need to go. Democrats who talk conservative and then back Jimmy Naifeh no matter what need to go. Now is the time to get involved. November is too late in too many cases!
