U.S. soldiers are increasingly using bomb sniffing dogs on patrols in order to stymie the homicide bombers. But the terrorists are also using dogs, as homicide bombers! NASHVILLE TEACHERS GET OFF TO A STRANGE START.
August 10, 2005 - 06:17
On Friday, Metro Nashville teachers will spend the final day before classes begin on Monday...learning about poverty. Not getting their classrooms ready. Not getting prepared for the first day of classes. Instead they will gather in a mandatory 8 hour presentation on poverty by Ruby Payne. Yep, this really ought to make that first day go smoothly. How about a day devoted to different learning styles so that teachers can recognize and employ them? Or if you want to talk about ovecoming poverty rather than excusing it, why not get Star Parker? CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
