MCCAIN TURNS HIS ATTENTION TO RUN FOR PRESIDENCY.
November 11, 2006 - 07:28
When you look at the guy's record in Washington, it makes you wonder why he has such appeal to so many people. I just don't get it. Any so-called "conservative" that the mainstream media fawns over, like they do with McCain, is not really one of us. CLICK HERE.

November 11, 2006 - 10:03

TERRORIST LEADERS ARE CHEERING DEMOCRATS' VICTORY.
November 11, 2006 - 07:32
Birds of a feather really do stick together, don't they? Leaders in Al Queda and Iran are touting the victory by the Democrats last Tuesday as a victory for them, too. They are right. CLICK HERE.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION WILL CONTINUE TO BE A HOT ISSUE.
November 11, 2006 - 07:37
The murderous rampage of illegal aliens continues across this country, even while President Bush sees the Democrat victory on Tuesday as an indication that it will be easier to pass "comprehensive" immigration reform...of course he is really talking about "amnesty." But many of the Democrats who won on Tuesday were even more vocal about illegal immigration than their Republican opponents. We will see if they stick to their guns. Don't bet on it. CLICK HERE.

It appeals to my Southern Baptist heritage: "Nuke Material to be Converted." Must have been a heck of a "fire and brimstone" sermon. CLICK HERE.

NASHVILLE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATES ARE EMBARRASSING!
November 11, 2006 - 07:51

The City of Nashville is touting gains in high school graduation rates that have the metro area at 68%. That means 32% of the students in Nashville high schools are NOT graduating. The figure is even higher, about 45%, at some of the inner city schools. Unless, or until, those in the community get serious about educating their kids, there is a limit to what the rest of us can do for them. At some point, personal responsibility is the missing ingredient. CLICK HERE.

STUFF HAPPENS.
November 11, 2006 - 08:21
An Ohio family is suing the Greyhound bus company and seeking about $300,000 in damages. Seems that the bus they were driving behind last Mother's Day suddenly dumped the holding tank from the bus bathroom on the family's car, with all the "stuff" pouring through their open sunroof. The family was drenched, including the young children riding in the car. Yuuuuck. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
