FACTS ARE PESKY THINGS. FACTS ARE PESKY THINGS.
January 11, 2005 - 09:18
Although the investigative team found several instances that seemed to imply a bias in the way Rather and his team went about smearing President Bush, the  Panel refused to acknowledge that a political bias motivated the decision to air an innacurate and unfair story. Riiight. Here are some of the facts the Panel chose to ignore. CLICK HERE.

UNANSWERED QUESTIONS FROM RATHERGATE ABOUND!
January 11, 2005 - 09:19
The investigative panel reviewing the Rathergate scandal answered some questions, but swept even more under the rug. In this case, they didn't want to ask questions that they thought might lead to answers that CBS would not like. CLICK HERE.

GUNGA DAN SURVIVES. GUNGA DAN SURVIVES.
January 11, 2005 - 09:22
Apparently Dan Rather is a mere reader of teleprompter material. He's not responsible for anything to do with his newscast. Just a puppet for those below him in the pecking order. Riiight. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
