STATE SENATE CAN REMOVE FORD WITH MAJORITY VOTE.
January 12, 2006 - 09:28
The Tennessee Attorney General has issued an opinion that 17 votes in the 33 member State Senate will be enough to void the fraud ridden election of Ophelia Ford to the Senate seat previously held by indicted former Senator, and Ophelia Ford's brother, John Ford. The Republicans have 17 votes in the Senate, but two of those Republicans voted to keep the Democrats in control of the Senate despite that majority. A vote on voiding the election, which featured several dead people "voting," several felons voting illegally, and numerous others voting in violation of the law, could take place early next week.
