Sheriff Rickey Headley will reportedly resign as part of a plea bargain that will reduce the drug charges against him to a misdemeanor rather than a felony. If he doesn't have to admit his crime they should continue with the prosecution, because he will later run for office and claim he just "did the deal to avoid legal costs."
