CRONYISM CONTINUES IN THE BREDESEN ADMINISTRATION.

The Bredesen Administration is set to pay $200,000 to a firm on a no-bid contract to help consult on how to clean up the mess at the Tennessee Highway Patrol. But is it really a pay back?
