IOWA CONCERNED ABOUT BRAIN DRAIN.

Iowa is so concerned about the exit of the under thirty crowd from their state that the legislature will consider an income tax exemption for people under thirty who come to or stay in the state. Hmmm, won't this lead to an exodus when they hit 30? And it a tax cut is good to keep young people there, wouldn't eliminating the income tax altogether boost jobs and the economy on an even broader scale?
