The Governor's office says ALL correspondence and emails are public record. Really?!?!? Of course, that doesn't apply to the Governors wife and his cronies when they are covering up the scandalous development of their party bunker. And it doesn't apply to correspondence and official records regarding state troopers, particularly when the Governor's shredders get to the documents first. The real story here is not that Robin Smith's correspondence got identified and leaked to the media, but that so much other correspondence gets hidden and destroyed by this Administration. The smoke and mirrors being used to cover up the true cost to taxpayers for what will be a billion dollar convention center project are starting to come to light. Just remember who told you this thing would be an economic disaster!! CLICK HERE. The tab is already well over $100 million MORE than the projections, and that is before add ons and cost overruns kick in. The Convention Center itself, with moving an NES substation included, will easily pass $750 million, plus another $200 million or so for the taxpayer funded hotel. And in the midst of an economic meltdown and downsizing of business, is this really a good idea? |
