45 days ago John Kerry promised to finally sign the necessary forms to release his military records, records he successfully kept hidden throughout the entire presidential campaign. He told Tim Russert that he would sign Form SF-180. He has not done it. Most of the media has now let yet another promise from Kerry pass without enforcement or criticism.
