DUKE LACROSSE CO-CAPTAIN IS THE LATEST TO BE INDICTED.

The prosecutor has, however, cleared the rest of the team by stating that nothing they have found implicates any other player. However, the accuser picked the newest accused from a photo lineup, apparently consisting only of Duke lacrosse players, and is 90% certain. Doesn't that amount to "reasonable doubt", even by the accuser? How can a jury convict these guys unless there is an awful lot of evidence that they are keeping from the public? The DNA revealed no blood, no semen and was not even a match. Plus the DA turned down the player's offer to take a lie detector test. If anybody should be prosecuted here, it should be the hack DA. Friday, we talked about whether public school teachers should be required to send their own children to public schools in order to keep their jobs.
