SPEAKER PELOSI WOULD OPEN OUR BORDERS TO MORE ILLEGALS.
September 15, 2006 - 07:43
Some people are finally waking up to the reality that a Democrat majority in the U.S. House could have a devastating effect on several critical issues facing the U.S. For example, those who do not want an amnesty plan for illegals should realize that it will be a certainty if Nancy Pelosi becomes Speaker of the House. Those disaffected Republicans who don't see a difference between the parties need to look a little more closely at how the issues that matter to them will be impacted if the Democrats pick up 16 seats in the House this November. FORD ATTACK AD ON CORKER IS NOT ACCURATE.
September 15, 2006 - 08:42
Congressman Harold Ford, Jr. apparently wants to be a U.S. Senator in the worst way, and he is running in the worst way possible. If you can't trust a guy to be truthful when he is RUNNING for office, can we really expect to trust him once he is IN office. CLICK HERE.
The Nashville City Paper calls Ford out for his latest "disingenuous" ad. Don't expect the Tennessean to chime in, they put their political agenda ahead of the truth. CLICK HERE. |

FORD "CHURCH" AD CAUSES UPROAR.
September 15, 2006 - 09:01
Democrat U.S. Senate candidate Harold Ford, Jr. has raised some eyebrows by filming his latest attack ad on Republican Bob Corker in a church. If a Republican had used a church as a prop in a political ad the Left, and their lackeys in the mainstream media, would be pitching a hissy fit. Note their silence on this one. CLICK HERE.

REPUBLICANS SWEATING IT OUT OVER TENNESSEE SENATE RACE.
September 15, 2006 - 08:48
The Tennessee Republican Party has supposedly been taken to the woodshead by the National Republican Party over the tightening U.S. Senate race in Tennessee. Tennessee Republicans definitely need a wakeup call. CLICK HERE.
Here is my analysis for News 2 WKRN on this topic and more from this morning's newscast. CLICK HERE. |

CORKER NAILED FOR LACKING HUNTING LICENSE.
September 15, 2006 - 19:29
The media is making a big deal over the fact that Republican Senate candidate Bob Corker's hunting license has expired. Was he hunting without a license? Nope. This is a big deal, according to the media, because he has been endorsed by the NRA and, gasp, apparently does not have a current Tennessee hunting license.
I just went back and read the 2d Amendment again and found absolutely no reference to our gun rights being tied to hunting. The Founding Fathers did not put the 2d Amendment in the Constitution to guarantee our right to hunt turkeys; it is there to prevent the turkeys in government from taking away our other rights. It is there to give us the power to protect our rights. If Bob Corker had never hunted anything, shot anything and/or never intended to hunt down and kill anything, but recognized this fundamental fact then he would be deserving of the NRA endorsement. HOUSE APPROVES BORDER FENCE.
September 15, 2006 - 07:48
The U.S. House approved construction of a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border yesterday, but did not FUND the construction. If and when they put their money where their mouth is, it will be something to report as positive news. CLICK HERE.
Meanwhile, the Bush Administration continues to show that it has a complete disconnect with the American people by allowing tens of thousands of Saudi students to enter this country to study at our colleges and universities...sort of like the 19 who killed thousands of us on 9-11. Did the Bush Administration learn NOTHING from that experience? And while the Saudis who come into our country will have freedom to practice their religion, and perhaps plot to kill us, will Americans who study their be able to take a Bible into the country and worship in a Christian way? Of course not. What sort of "exchange" program is it if it is just a one way street? CLICK HERE. |

SHOULD BE AN INTERESTING AD CAMPAIGN.
September 15, 2006 - 08:29
Various Muslim countries around the world are contemplating a new tourism push to attract visitors in order to get their money and educate them to the "reality" of life in Muslim countries. This will not be easy. If you vacation in Cancun the chances of being blown up by a suicide bomber or beheaded by a jihadist is significantly less likely than having the same experience in a country dominated by the "peaceful and tolerant" religion of Islam. WHO WINS POWER IF THE REPUBLICANS LOSE THE HOUSE?
September 15, 2006 - 09:42
If America wakes up after the November election and realizes that Democrats have picked up the House seats necessary to put Nancy Pelosi in as House Speaker that may be just the first step in recognizing the national nightmare that complacency will have given us. Imagine Charlie Rangel as Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. Or John Conyers as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Or former federal judge (he is former because he was impeached due to perjury and bribery charges) Alcee Hastings being Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee...while America is at war with terrorists!!! Henry Waxman and Barney Frank are among the others who gain power if the House goes Democrat. Some argue that giving these nitwits power for a couple of years will wake up America to the threat they pose. But think of the damage they can do before America wakes up. CLICK HERE. |

POPE'S COMMENTS SPUR MUSLIM OUTRAGE.
September 15, 2006 - 13:10
In order to once again show the world how "peaceful and tolerant" the religion of Islam actually is, Muslims around the world are burning and threatening violence in responce to comments by Pope Benedict that they see as disrespectful to Islam. Hmmmm, aren't they kind of proving the point??? CLICK HERE.
IT CERTAINLY LOOKS PEACEFUL TO ME. AND TOLERANT. |
