October 17, 2006 - 07:30

Sara Evans' husband allegedly withdrew about a quarter million dollars from the couples' joint account last Thursday and her attorneys are seeking to freeze the accounts to prevent any further withdrawals. CLICK HERE.

And the nanny accused of having relations with Evans' husband says it isn't true and has offered to take a lie detector test. She is also threatening to sue Evans if she does not retract the claim. This could get REALLY interesting. CLICK HERE.

NANNY SAYS SHE DID NOT DO ANYTHING.
October 17, 2006 - 18:15
Sara Evans' former nanny says allegations that she had an affair with the country star's husband Craig are not true, that she is willing to take a lie detector test, and that she wants an apology! This is one of the problems with naming names in a divorce complaint. It is why most lawyers don't do that. CLICK HERE.

October 17, 2006 - 07:33
Monday morning U.S. Senate candidate Harold Ford, Jr. announced on the Steve Gill Show that he would not serve more than two terms in the U.S. Senate if he is successfully elected to the seat being vacated by Senator Bill Frist. Later that same day, Bob Corker apparently made the same pledge. CLICK HERE.

BUSH MOVES TO RALLY SUPPORT AMONG TALK RADIO HOSTS.
October 17, 2006 - 13:03
The White House recognizes they have a problem among conservatives, so they are turning up the attention to talk radio hosts around the country. If they had been listening to talk radio hosts over the past two years instead of the past two weeks they wouldn't be surprised to find that the conservative Republican base is a little angry. SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
