ARE TERRORISTS TARGETING THE NFL THIS WEEKEND?
October 18, 2006 - 18:17
The NFL is viewing an internet terror threat targeting NFL stadiums this weekend with "skepticism." Nevertheless, it is a good weekend for the Titans to be off. CLICK HERE.
(FILE PHOTO) A general view of Giants Stadium at the start of the game between the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Jets on October 1, 2006 in East Rutherford, New Jersey. U.S. Homeland Security has alerted authorities and stadium owners that a website is claiming that seven NFL football stadiums will be targeted with radiological dirty bombs, but expressed doubts about the claims. The stadiums named in the threat are those in New York, Miami, Atlanta, Seattle, Houston, Oakland and Cleveland.

October 18, 2006 - 07:29
The nanny accused of having an affair with country star Sara Evans' husband says it did not happen...and she will take a lie detector test to prove it. Meanwhile, Craig Schelske is promising "explosive" revelations later this week. Stay tuned. CLICK HERE.

October 18, 2006 - 08:21
Harold Ford, Jr. announced earlier this week that he is supporting independent candidate Joe Lieberman in his reelection bid in Connecticut. CLICK HERE.

BRYSON SAYS HE IS RETURNING CAMPAIGN DONATION FROM EVANS AND SCHELSKE.
October 18, 2006 - 07:32
Why? It is not like the money was stolen, or that the couple has done anything demonstrably illegal. Is he going to return every donation from anybody who has gone through a divorce? CLICK HERE.

TITLE IX IS ACTUALLY ANTI-SPORTS.
October 18, 2006 - 14:14
Title IX was supposed to level the playing field for sports between men and women; what it ususally does is eliminate men's sports. The big problem is football, which forces many schools to eliminate 4 or 5 men's sports teams and then create all sorts of extra women's sports team to reach "equality". Why don't we just have sports, if we are really seeking equality? Have a basketball team...and let the best players make the team, men and women. The same with volleyball, softball, swimming, baseball, etc., etc. Separate but equal was not the answer when it came to race; why is it the answer for gender? Otherwise, let's aim for "fairness" rather than "equality", unless we want REAL equality. CLICK HERE.

IF THE INCOME TAX IS REALLY "DEAD"...
October 18, 2006 - 07:35

...then why are the folks at the pro-income tax group Tennesseans for Fair Taxation still pushing it so hard? It sure doesn't look like THEY think it is a dead issue. CLICK HERE.

HILLARY CLINTON FINALLY ADMITS SHE LIED ABOUT ORIGIN OF HER NAME.
October 18, 2006 - 07:46
For over a decade Hillary Clinton has claimed that she was named for famed explorer Sir Edmund Hillary, who conquered Mt. Everest. There was always a small problem with the story.  It seems that Hillary (the mountain climber) did not climb Everest until 1953, seven years AFTER Hillary (the politician) was born. Hillary has now admitted that she was not in fact named after an obscure mountain climber who LATER achieved fame. What else has she lied about? CLICK HERE.

FOLEY ISSUE NOT REALLY RESONATING WITH VOTERS.
October 18, 2006 - 07:49
Despite the best efforts of the mainstream media and the Democrat Party, voters are more interested in terrorism, the economy and the war in Iraq than they are in the sexual misconduct of another congressman. I do think they would be interested in the financial misdeeds of the Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, if they were told about the story with the same passion that the Foley story has been promoted. CLICK HERE.

CHRIS ROCK'S MOM SUING CRACKER BARREL FOR DISCRIMINATION.
October 18, 2006 - 09:33
Whenever anybody brings race baiters Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson into their dispute that certainly makes me question whether they are being honest about the facts of the case. When I get bad service at a restaurant, I don't automatically assume it is because they hate white folks; what about you? CLICK HERE.

STATE SENATE CANDIDATE BOB KRUMM IS PUSHING BACK AGAINST SIGN BLIGHT.
October 18, 2006 - 08:54
Do you hate those really, really big political yard signs? The ones my son Ryan would call "ginormous"? Bob Krumm doesn't like them, and he is not putting them up. He is sticking to the small ones. CLICK HERE.

HOMELAND INSECURITY.
October 18, 2006 - 09:06

A new federal report estimates that between 4-9 million illegals entered this country in 2005 alone. The Bush Administration keeps using a 12 million total figure when talking about illegal aliens. That number is clearly way too low to describe the actual problem.

The report also notes that Venezualan President and Cindy Sheehan love muffin Hugo Chavez is training Muslim terrorists to speak Spanish and pretend to be Hispanic in order to sneak into this country. It is time for a few well placed cruise missiles to head south. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
