Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson are getting a divorce, and the former boy band star wants spousal support, jewelry and other items as part of a settlement. Studies say that up to thirty percent of men paying child support may be paying for kids that are not actually their own children. Courts and legislators have been slow to respond to this disturbing pattern of deception. If we are willing to jail "Deadbeat Dads" for failing to pay, shouldn't we jail "Deceptive Moms", too??
