CONGRESSMAN SEEKS TO BLOCK SCHIAVO ACTION WITH SUBPOENA.

Because a congressional subpoena prevents anyone from taking action to harm or kill a witness, the issuance of such a subpoena is intended to keep Terri Schiavo alive. Be careful, Congress is opening another Pandora's Box without thinking things through. What prevents a member of Congress from seeking a subpoena anytime a criminal faces execution? Of maybe they could issue collective subpoenas to entire divisions of the military to keep them from being sent into harm's way as a means of stopping military action?
