Barack Obama essentially admitted that he has been lying for the last five days when he denied knowing that the Reverend Wright made controversial statementes. At least he was smart enough to not have Jeremiah Wright deliver the invocation at the event. CLICK HERE.
 

For a guy who won't wear a flag pin or put his hand over his heart for the Pledge or National Anthem, he sure likes to surround himself with the flag when it serves his purpose to use it as a prop.

Barack Obama paid particular attention to a young, white 23 year old organizer for his campaign in South Carolina in his speech on race today. Her name is Ashley Baia. She was President of Young Democrats at the University of South Florida, and later became the statewide Vice President of Florida Young Democrats.

Interestingly, it is not the first time Barack has told this particular story. In fact, he told it verbatim back in January for a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day event in Atlanta. CLICK HERE. And HERE.

And if she is 23, and her mother got sick when she was nine and lost her insurance due to bankruptcy, wouldn't that put us smack in the middle of 1994-95. Like when the CLINTON-GORE Administration controlled the White House?? So, Ashley couldn't afford food when the Clinton's ran things? Where was her FATHER and his child support payments? What were they spending their food stamps on if not for food for their child? Did she get Federal school lunch assistance? If not, why not? Where are our tax dollars going if not to help kids like this...if the story is true. Maybe it is, but Barack just spent the last five days denying he knew anything about Reverend Wright's racist comments, and now admits he did know all along.
