CONTROVERSIAL MUSLIM GROUP GETS INSIDE INFO ON AIRPORT SECURITY.
August 18, 2006 - 08:49
The Council on Islamic-American Relations (CAIR) never misses a chance to defend the interests of those who commit vile terrorist acts in the name of radical Islam. So why did the authorities at the Chicago airport give a special behind the scenes tour of the airport's security facilities to these folks? Political correctness WILL kill more of our fellow citizens, sooner rather than later. CLICK HERE. |

August 18, 2006 - 08:51
This Karr fellow is definitely a whack job. The question is whether or not he is also a murderer. There do seem to be a lot of holes in this story. CLICK HERE. |

CALIFORNIA CITY LOOKS AT CRACKING DOWN ON ILLEGALS.
August 18, 2006 - 08:55
Illegals who come to this country, stay here and work here are criminals. But so are those who employ them and conspire with them to violate our laws. Those who "enable" these criminals are just as damaging to our nation as the illegals themselves. Finally, some communities are figuring this out. CLICK HERE. |

TENNESSEE UNEMPLOYMENT HITS A THREE YEAR HIGH.
August 18, 2006 - 09:04
The unemployment rate in Tennessee is higher than the national average. The unemployment rate in Tennessee is the highest it has been since Governor Bredesen took office. Why does the Tennessean keep telling us what a great job Bredesen is doing? If he was a Republican governor he would be getting the blame for Tennesseans being out of work. CLICK HERE. |

INCOME TAX PUSH IS ALREADY BEGINNING AGAIN.
August 18, 2006 - 09:15
Governor Phil Bredesen won't sign a written pledge promising to veto an income tax. Income tax advocate Bob Rochelle is running for the State Senate again, and Governor Phil Bredesen is backing him. Pro-income tax groups are starting to talk about the need to "reform" and "modernize" our tax system. And the Tennessean tells us the income tax is a "dead issue", just like they always did when Rochelle and the Dems were pushing it under cover of darkness. Yep, the income tax push is coming back...just as soon as Phil Bredesen gets past the November election. CLICK HERE. |

Tennessee taxpayers paid over $1.4 million for the National Conference of State Legislators that convened in Nashville this week. In realty, that is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to taxpayer money. CLICK HERE. |

UPDATE ON THE ALBINO FAWN IN BRENTWOOD.
August 18, 2006 - 12:05
Earlier this week, while running the bike trail behind the Brentwood Y, came across the albino fawn that I had seen several weeks ago. The elusive critter was not easy to catch on camera, but here is a look. Although the quality of the photo is not the best due to shooting it into the sun, it does give the guy a "Bigfoot" type mystery quality, don't you think?
