A 80 year old man in Knoxville faced some toung in cheek criticism for shooting an intruder in his home who threatened him with a knife. Smokey Taylor is a retired Green Beret who face "charges" from his fellow special forces operatives for using a .22 to shoot the intruder rather than a more powerful handgun.
