Former Senator Bob Rochelle, the leading proponent for an income tax during his time in the State Senate, now says it is a "dead issue." That is what he always said, just before he brought it up again. He is lying, plain and simple. ACLU SUES ON BEHALF OF SEX OFFENDERS.

The ACLU is challenging an Indianapolis law that prevents child sex offenders from hanging around playgrounds, parks, arcades and other areas that attract large number of kids. I guess the ACLU is beginning their new push for the rights of sex offenders to have access to potential victims. It makes as much sense as most of what the ACLU thinks is good for American values. A Nebraska judge who gave a convicted child rapist a sentence that included NO JAIL TIME because she thought the 5'1" man was "too short" for jail. TEEN BLOWS UP HOUSE WITH DEODORANT.

Well, to be accurate, he first set the house on fire when he left a stack of dirty clothes too close to a heating element. After the house caught fire, a can of Sure deodorant blew up. All in all, the teenager ran up about $75,000 in damage to the home. Thankfully, nobody got hurt. CLICK HERE. |

Turns out that the practice of voting for legislators who are not in the House Chamber happens all the time. No wonder Democrats in the legislature were not offended by the vote scandal in Memphis last year, when voters cast votes outside their own districts and even after they were dead.
