ANOTHER DRUNK ILLEGAL APPARENTLY KILLS ANOTHER TENNESSEAN.
September 1, 2006 - 16:25
It seems we have a new story like this almost every day in Tennessee: an illegal alien, drunk behind the wheel of a car kills a law abiding, hardworking, honest citizen of Tennessee. The grieving family in this case lives in Jackson, Tennessee. I am confident that in the past four years more people in this country have been killed by illegal aliens (car wrecks and murders) than have died in the War on Terror in Iraq and Afghanistan. I wonder if this particular illegal had been drinking Miller Beer? CLICK HERE. |

IF THEY WIN, AMERICA LOSES.
September 1, 2006 - 15:31
There is a lot of talk about the Democrats recapturing control of the U.S. House and/or Senate this Fall. Putting aside the Senate for the time being, who would become more powerful if the Democrats do take control in the House? It is a scary thought when you look at the specifics of the left-wing extremists who are poised to emerge as committee chairmen. Folks like Lincoln Davis and John Tanner may talk conservative when they are in Tennessee, and they may even vote relatively conservative in Washington when the Left does not have to have their votes. But their first vote in the next session of Congress could be for Nancy Pelosi. How is that a conservative vote? CLICK HERE. |

HILLARY CLINTON SEEMS TO BE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT.
September 1, 2006 - 15:53
She will continue to be coy about her presidential ambitions, but make no mistake about it: Hillary Clinton is running. It also looks like she is starting to take up some of Lt. Governor Wilder's bad habits. Be careful shaking her hand. CLICK HERE. |

LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD MEN AND WOMEN.
September 1, 2006 - 15:59
A new class of White House Fellows reports for work today in Washington. It is an amazing program. During 1992-93 I had the privilege of being a White House Fellow and served as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the U.S. Trade Representative in Administrations of George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton. Learn more about the program and spread the word to those who might be good candidates. CLICK HERE. |

CRINGE INDUCING IS RIGHT ON THE MONEY.
September 1, 2006 - 16:19
When President Bush came to Nashville earlier this week to raise money for the Bob Corker Senate campaign he evoked the name of former Governor "Don Tax and Spend-quist" as someone Republican Gubernatorial candidate Jim Bryson should turn to for advise. Jim, don't listen to him!! Stay as far away as you can, both physically and intellectually, from Darth Sundquist or you will be drawn to the dark side!! It may be too late for Bob Corker, but you can still save yourself.

MOST CHRISTIANS BELIEVE GOD GAVE ISRAEL TO THE JEWS.
September 1, 2006 - 16:29
Yeah, but only because God said so. You know, in the Bible. Jews tend to think the same thing, because he told them, too. CLICK HERE. |

SENATOR STEVENS BLOCKS BILL TO MAKE GOVERNMENT SPENDING MORE TRANSPARENT.
September 1, 2006 - 16:32
A "secret hold" on legislation that has overwhelming support in the U.S. Senate has blocked a bill that would give the public more information about pork barrel spending. Now we know that Alaska Senator Ted Stevens, who also pushed the infamous bridge to nowhere, is the culprit. CLICK HERE. |

LAWYERS IN KENTUCKY SEEKING CLIENTS FROM AIR CRASH.
September 1, 2006 - 16:38
It is tasteless and dispicable, but is anybody really surprised that some bottom-feeding lawyers in Kentucky are advertising for clients from those grieving over the loss of loved ones in the plane crash that occurred in Lexington just a week ago? No wonder so many have such a poor opinion of lawyers. These bad apples hurt the reputation of a lot of credible and hard-working attorneys all over the country. CLICK HERE. |
