SHOULD WE CALL IT CHRISTMASCARDGATE?

Terry Frank notes on her blog that there are striking similarities between the Muslim Afghan girl on Governor Phil Bredesen's Christmas card and a Muslim Afghan girl depicted in a 1985 photo in National Geographic. Did the Governor really meet a Muslim girl that he then painted for his card, or not? We report, you decide. CLICK HERE.

Also, the Governor is apparently unaware of the connection between Christmas and Jesus. CLICK HERE. While children are certainly an important part of the Christmas celebration, particularly the secular aspects of that celebration, they are NOT the "reason for the season" by any stretch of the imagination.
