CAN HILLARY SCRAPE TOGETHER A WIN IN THE POPULAR VOTE?

Hillary probably cannot catch Obama in the race for delegates regardless of how the remaining few primaries turn out. But she could pass him in the popular vote total and use that to bolster her claim on the nomination if she can beat him by 700,000 votes in the states that are left. It is a tall order, and if she counts the nearly 400,000 vote lead she has from Michigan and Florida she can reach the number easily. But counting those votes is problematic. It is better for her claim if she can get the number WITHOUT adding the questionable totals from Michigan and Florida, and then use them as a bonus. CLICK HERE.
