RAPE CHARGES DROPPED IN DUKE LACROSSE CASE.
December 23, 2006 - 07:27
After the stripper who has claimed that three Duke lacrosse players raped her 9 months ago decided that maybe they didn't do that afterall, the DA decided to drop rape charges against them. But he is still pursuing sexual assault and kidnapping charges based almost exclusively upon the testimony of a stripper who continues to change her story. She and the prosecutor are the ones who belong in jail...for a long, long time! The DA loved the cameras when he was running for reelection and was using this bogus prosecution to ensure that black voters reelected him, but now he is asking the media to stay away. They should hound him mercilessly! CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
