COURT DENIES SCHINDLER APPEAL IN SCHIAVO CASE.

Early Wednesday morning the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Schindlers (the parents of Terri Schiavo) do not stand a substantial liklihood of success on the merits" of the case seeking to reinstate the feeding tube for their daughter. The Supreme Court of the United States is the next stop for the Schindlers. Legal experts say there is little likelihood that the Supreme Court will overturn the lower courts on this one. CLICK HERE.
