PACMAN JONES ARRESTED...AGAIN!
August 25, 2006 - 09:41

Tennessee Titans defensive back Pacman Jones continues to get more attention with his off-field exploits than his on-the-field play. Is it time to cut him loose? CLICK HERE.

UPDATE: PACMAN WILL NOT PLAY THIS WEEKEND WHEN THE TITANS FACE THE ATLANTA FALCONS! CLICK HERE.

GOVERNOR CONTINUES SECRECY OVER MEDICAL CONDITION.
August 25, 2006 - 11:35
What is the big deal about Bredesen's health? He is the chief executive of the state. He has not been seen in two weeks. He continues to avoid being seen by or talking to the media. If he is in such command of his faculties, why is he hiding? His Administration has not been honest in this entire episode. Hopefully the Governor is on his way to a full and complete recovery from whatever ails him. But the way his team handled this matter, including a second round of deception last night, may be something that they never recover from. CLICK HERE.

THEY SHOULD AT LEAST GET THEIR STORIES STRAIGHT.
August 25, 2006 - 17:53

The so-called scientists who are warning us about the dangerous effects of the alleged global warming crisis have told us for years that one of the results of global warming is the shrinking of the world's glaciers. At least that is what they said here.

And here.

In fact here are a sample of headlines that were printed over a period of just a couple of weeks not long ago:

“Antarctic glaciers shrink” –The Baltimore Sun, April 22, 2005

“Study shows Antarctic glaciers shrinking” –Associated Press, April 22, 2005

“Vanishing glaciers: Antarctica’s big melt” –The Australian, April 23, 2005

“New study points to big melt in Antarctica” – Sci-Tech Today, April 22, 2005

“Antarctic glaciers in mass retreat” –Nature.com, April 21, 2005

“Antarctic glaciers at risk of global warming” – All Headline News, April 22, 2005

“Antarctic glaciers are getting smaller faster” –The Times On-line, April 22, 2005

“Shrinking glaciers confirm the worst” –New Scientist, April 27, 2005

But now the "experts" who profit from their doomsday "global warming" scenarios say that global warming is making glaciers GROW. CLICK HERE.

This is a prime example of why nobody should believe the folks who are so hysterical about global warming. They can't even make up their minds about what it does, much less whether it is a real phenomenon!

"SURVIVOR" DIVIDES TEAMS BY RACE.
August 25, 2006 - 09:51

The producers of "Survivor" decided to spice things up a bit this season by dividing the teams by race. Doesn't this encourage people to cheer for their "race"? Is that a good thing? Should the teams wear "_______ Pride" t-shirts instead of the buffs this season to really drive home the ethnic and racial divisions? Should you feel guilty if you cheer for somebody who doesn't look like you do? CLICK HERE.

WHAT A NITWIT.
August 25, 2006 - 09:53
Some bus driver in Louisiana, who is obviously from the shallow end of the gene pool, made some black kids give up their seats on the bus for white kids. Unless there is a whole lot more to this story than we are being told, and I really cannot imagine what that might be, then this guy should have already been fired. CLICK HERE.

UNFORTUNATELY, HE IS NOT ON THE LIST.

NAGIN TAKES SHOT AT NYC.
August 25, 2006 - 11:39

Exhibit 1 in the presentation of proof that there truly are people "stuck on stupid" would have to be New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin. CLICK HERE.

NOW THIS IS SOMETHING THAT ABSOLUTELY NOBODY NEEDS!
August 25, 2006 - 11:41

First we had people who put clothes on their pets. Now we have them putting their pets into their "pooch purses." Pure nitwittery. CLICK HERE.

DEMOCRAT CONGRESSMAN TAKES TRIP FUNDED BY TERRORISTS.
August 25, 2006 - 11:44
An Illinois Democrat congressman traveled to Sri Lanka last year as the guest of the terrorist group the Tamil Tigers. Just because the Democrats are linked constantly to terrorists around the world, in word and deed, doesn't meant that they support terrorism does it? You even have some Democrat leaders who refuse to condemn the murderous activities of terrorist groups like Hezbollah. Birds of a feather really do stick together, don't they? CLICK HERE.

HILLARY CLINTON FIGHTS AGAINST DISTRIBUTING HIV/AIDS FUNDS TO SOUTH.
August 25, 2006 - 18:02
Blacks in the south make up about 19% of the region's population, but account for 60% of the new cases of AIDS, and that number is rising. Yet Hillary Clinton refuses to support a new formula for the distribution of AIDS treatment and research based on where the disease is striking the hardest today. Instead, she wants New York to keep a disproportionate share of the funding based on the fact that the state, along with California and Florida, are no longer the fastest growing areas of infection. Putting her local political concerns ahead of the needs of the country is a strange way to run for President of the entire United States. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
