IF DANGER IS WHAT MOTIVATES YOUR SPORTING INTEREST...
June 26, 2006 - 08:35

You might want to take up basketball. That's right, basketball may be the most dangerous sport in America, at least if you go by emergency room visits. Meanwhile, the 47,000 golfers who hurt themselves enough to end up in the emergency room deserve a special brand of pity. CLICK HERE.

If incumbent Republican Congressman Chris Cannon goes down tomorrow, the illegal immigration issue will be THE issue of the fall election. If the race is even close, look for Dems and Republicans alike to talk tougher on the illegal alien issue. CLICK HERE.

MURTHA SAYS U.S. IS REAL THREAT TO WORLD PEACE.
June 26, 2006 - 08:37
Hmmm, not the al-Queda terrorists who attacked us on 9-11? Not the North Koreans who are developing long range missiles to hit American shores with their nukes? Not the Iranian crazies who are developing nukes while promising to wipe Israel off the map? Murtha is the new hero of the hate America Left. CLICK HERE.

BEAL CASE IS BACK IN THE NEWS.
June 26, 2006 - 08:38
A few months ago we detailed the story of a Williamson County judicial candidate that was allowing a convicted child molester to have access to a young boy without any adult supervision. It is part of a nationwide pattern of judges going soft on sex offenders. Finally, the local mainstream media is paying some attention to this case. The question I asked all along is whether Beal would let the sex offender babysit his own young son? What do you think? CLICK HERE.

Documents from the case that make it clear Juvenile Referee Beal was fully aware that the sex offender was abusing drugs are available here:

Beal saw nothing wrong with giving this convicted sex offender, who faces criminal charges in Davidson County for failing to register as a sex offender as required by his previous court convictions and for drug posession, UNSUPERVISED visitation of a minor child despite the objection of the custodial grandparent and evidence indicating potential abuse. Why did it take the mainstream media so long to focus on this?

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
