TENNESSEE ALREADY TAXES IPOD DOWNLOADS!!!

Earlier this week the Tennessee Republican Party pointed out that the Democrats in the legislature were trying to sneak through a new tax on digital downloads, like music downloaded to iPods. The Bredesen Administration has pointed out that they actually snuck through the tax LAST year and it went into effect January 1, 2008. The lack of information about the tax underscores the lack of debate and media attention to the tax increase last year. And the question remains, who actually lead the push to sneak this big tax increase past the less than vigilant legislators last year? CLICK HERE.
