BREDESEN WIGGLES ON INCOME TAX FOR SECOND TERM.
September 27, 2005 - 11:46
Governor Phil Bredesen says he does not "intend" to propose an income tax during a second term in office. Pacman Jones never "intends" to fumble. The Titans did not "intend" to lose to the Rams. Things happen. How about a PROMISE not to seek or support an income tax, Governor? Then there is no wiggle room. Saying you don't "intend" to propose a tax is a far cry from saying you will oppose any effort to implement one, and that it is unconstitutional.
Let's make this easy to understand. Would you marry someone who refused to PROMISE to "love, honor, obey and foresake all others?" What if they simply said they INTEND not to cheat on you but cannot absolutely rule it out? That they don't INTEND to initiate an affair, but might go along with it if someone else proposes it. Would that be good enough for you? How many business deals do you think the Governor ever entered into without a written and absolute commitment. Did he take the "intent" of his prospective partners as a sufficient basis upon which to build a business? Of course not. Neither should the voters of Tennessee. CLICK HERE. |

AMAZING VOL WIN IN OVERTIME!
September 27, 2005 - 11:53
I must admit that at halftime I did not think a win was possible. I still think the Vols need to fire Randy Sanders. But what an amazing comeback in one of the toughest environments in college footbal. Wow!! |

September 27, 2005 - 11:49
Yeah, the Vols won a big game over LSU in Baton Rouge last night, but what else was Coach Fulmer up to on the trip? |

METRO COUNCIL MEMBERS AWOL ON TAX VOTE.
September 27, 2005 - 11:47
5 Metro Council members failed to vote in the recent tax referendum, but they weren't the only "leaders" who failed to exercise their civic RESPONSIBILITY. Governor Phil Bredesen did not vote. Congressman Jim Cooper did not vote. Senator Bill Frist did not vote. CLICK HERE. |

THE SAD THING IS NOT THAT FARRAKHAN SAYS SO MANY STUPID THINGS, BUT THAT SO MANY STUPID PEOPLE BELIEVE HIM.

SHEEHAN ARRESTED AT WHITE HOUSE PROTEST.
September 27, 2005 - 11:51
Is Cindy Sheehan a grieving mother or a self-absorbed narcissist who loves the attention of the fawning hate-Bush media? I think the grin on her face says it all. |

WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?
September 27, 2005 - 11:48
First, CLICK HERE to get more information about the left-wing crazies who make up the protest crowds. Then, review the list of groups that make up the coalition. CLICK HERE. Be sure to note that the Nashville Peace and Justice Center is among those dedicated to the pro-communist anti-American agenda that they try to disguise but cannot deny. CLICK HERE.
Now, why do I say they are a pro-communist group? Other than the fact that the Communist Party USA is specifically listed as a coalition member? The first link above gives you more than ample evidence of where these groups are coming from. |

RASMUSSEN POLL REVEALS DIVIDE ON IRAQ.
September 27, 2005 - 11:48
Most Americans believe early withdrawal of our troops in Iraw would be a mistake. Despite the propaganda of the mainstream media, most Americans can still find the truth. Imagine how much easier the job would be if the media were merely fair! CLICK HERE. |
