December 28, 2004 - 19:08 Police in Independence, Missouri have charged a man with filing a false police report after he claimed to have been a victim of a hate crime. The man, who claimed he was targeted because he was gay, later confessed that he burned the letters "FAG" into his own forehead and chest. The police figured it out due to the fact that the man, apparently using a mirror, burned the words "GAF" into his chest and forehead. CLICK HERE.
