September 29, 2005 - 09:56
Is it a partisan witch-hunt or a legitimate criminal case? The jury will ultimately decide. Delay has stepped down as Majority Leader. CLICK HERE.

WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT THE DELAY PROSECUTOR?
September 29, 2005 - 09:56
Well, he is a partisan Democrat political hack with a track record of politicizing prosecutions. CLICK HERE.

WE ALSO KNOW THE DA HAS SOLD DISMISSALS TO OTHER DEFENDANTS.
September 29, 2005 - 09:56
That's right, in exchange for agreeing to make contributions to the prosecutor's pet charity, he dismissed cases against the corporations alleged to have made the illegal contributions that he is basing his Delay indictment upon. Justice is supposed to be blind, not for sale. CLICK HERE.

CINDY SHEEHAN BLOGS ABOUT HER ARREST. CINDY SHEEHAN BLOGS ABOUT HER ARREST.
September 29, 2005 - 09:57

"When I got arrested and the officers lifted me out,
I was afraid that America would see my underwear."

ROBERTS TO BE CONFIRMED AS CHIEF JUSTICE TODAY.
September 29, 2005 - 09:58
As attention turns from the confirmation of Judge John Roberts as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to the replacement of Justice Sandra Day O'Conner look for the heat and volume of argument in Washington, D.C. to intensify. Who will Bush pick? Remember the first pick, the names mentioned most did not make the cut. And just because a new name emerges, and gets the most media attention, that doesn't mean they will get picked. President Bush will tell us, when he's ready. CLICK HERE.

YOU CAN SURVIVE QUICKSAND.
September 29, 2005 - 09:58
Scientists now say that the depiction of deadly quicksand in the movies is vastly overblown. Apparently, once you get waist deep you can float and get to safe ground. I don't think I am willing to test this. I have seen too many Tarzan movies where bad guys sink like a stone in a pond. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
