MEMPHIS JUDGE RULES IN FAVOR OF FORD FAMILY.
February 2, 2006 - 09:36
A judge hand-picked by the Ford Family for her judgeship has ruled that the State Senate cannot void the election of Ophelia Ford unless they first pass and apply new rules applicable to election fraud. There are ALREADY laws and rules that prohibit the illegal behavior that was rampant in the Ford election. Looks like the Judge took good care of the Ford Family, as expected. No wonder the Democrat Attorney General did not ask the Judge to remove herself from the case where it was likely she would rule in favor of the Democrats. CLICK HERE.
HERE IS THE OPINION. CLICK HERE. |

FELON POLL SUPERVISOR WAS CONNECTED TO THE FORDS.
February 2, 2006 - 09:37
The infamous polling precinct in Memphis that is at the center of the disputed election of Ophelia Ford to replace her indicted brother John Ford is back in the news. At least 10 votes in that election, won by Ophelia Ford by 13 votes, were clearly illegal. At least two votes were cast by "dead" voters and approved with the initials of a poll worker who was not present at the polls that day at the North Memphis precinct. Now it turns out that the poll supervisor in charge of that polling place was a convicted felon, thereby ineligible to vote or work in that capacity, who also worked for the FORD FUNERAL HOME! Despite the epidemic of fraud and illegality surrounding the election a federal judge with close ties to the Ford family ruled that the State Senate could not void the election without jumping through a series of new and ridiculous hoops. Did anybody really expect justice to emerge from Memphis?? CLICK HERE.

O NO!
February 2, 2006 - 09:38
Oprah Winfrey is promoting an essay contest open to high school kids from all over the country. But the fine print makes it clear that home schooled kids need not apply! Apparently, Oprah has no time for kids who are part of the government-run school bureaucracy. Say it ain't so, O!! CLICK HERE. |

ABORTIONISTS SUE WALMART OVER MORNING AFTER PILL.
February 2, 2006 - 09:38
Abortion rights activists are suing some Walmart stores trying to force them to stock the "morning after" abortion pill claiming that the law requires pharmacists to stock "commonly prescribed" drugs. Hmmm, I wonder if we can sue to force stores to stock and sell guns under a 2d Amendment argument that to fail to offer guns for sale impedes our 2d Amendment rights? CLICK HERE. |

ALITO HELPS BLOCK EXECUTION IN MISSOURI.
February 2, 2006 - 09:38
The Supreme Court has blocked two executions in Florida in the past week. Now Samuel Alito has joined the court and helped block an execution in Missouri. The issue in each of these cases appears to be the same: is death by lethal injection "cruel and inhuman"? A lot of folks are expressing concern that Alito's first action on the bench seems anti-death penalty, but don't be too quick to judge the judge. CLICK HERE. |

HILLARY IN THE WHITE HOUSE?
February 2, 2006 - 09:46
Recent polling show that it is unlikely Hillary Clinton can actually win a race for President. Good. But when the Anti-Christ is circling you can never be too cautious. And don't you love this photo of Hillary at the State of the Union? CLICK HERE. |
