SUPREME COURT PICKS COOPER AS NEW ATTORNEY GENERAL.
October 30, 2006 - 18:56

Governor Phil Bredesen's legal counsel, Bob Cooper, has been named Tennessee's new Attorney General by the State's Supreme Court. What was his role in the shredding of documents to cover up misdeeds by Bredesen's cronies?? Shouldn't the people of Tennessee be able to hire our lawyer, rather than having him/her appointed by the Court? It seems to me that his loyalty is to THEM rather than to US. CLICK HERE.

DUKE LACROSSE PROSECUTION FALLING APART.
October 30, 2006 - 07:32
The media frenzy over allegations by a stripper that she had been raped by members of the Duke lacrosse team has died down a bit. In fact, as more and more facts are revealed that make it clear that this was a malicious political prosecution rather than one founded upon real evidence the media chooses to completely ignore the story. If anybody was raped in this case, it was Justice. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
