CONVICTED LEGISLATORS COULD STILL KEEP PENSIONS.

If Sen. Ward Crutchfield is convicted on charges he took bribes to push legislation he could still receive about $62,000 a year from Tennessee taxpayers while serving his time in prison. If all the legislators arrested last week are convicted, Tennessee taxpayers will pay a total of about $110,000 a year while they are serving their time. Needless to say, a lot of taxpayers aren't happy about this. CLICK HERE.

The U.N. claimed that Sadaam Hussein did not have weapons of mass destruction nor the equipment to develop them. But now a U.N. report claims that just such material is "missing" from Iraq. How can it be "missing" if it was never there? At least get your stories straight. CLICK HERE.

SHOULD AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY THE TAB TO BAILOUT THE BIG THREE AUTOMAKERS?
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
YES, THE INDUSTRY IS MUCH TOO IMPORTANT FOR US TO LET IT FAIL.
IT DEPENDS ON THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. WHAT INTEREST RATE WILL THEY PAY FOR THE CASH? WHAT DO WE GET AS COLLATERAL?
LET'S BAILOUT TWO OF THE THREE AND LET ONE FAIL. THEY SHOULD COMPETE TO BE IN THE TOP TWO BY CUTTING COSTS AND WAGES!
YES, BECAUSE WE CAN SAVE THEM JUST LIKE WE SAVED THE BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, ETC.
NOT SURE.
