That may be damning with faint praise, because I think Whoopi Goldberg is actually pretty smart. But Sherri Shepherd, an actress and talk host, may be the dumbest woman on the planet...except for the nitwits who actually watch "The View." This morning the crew was apparently discussing Epicurus, a Greek philosopher who lived from 341 to 270 B.C. (I have no idea how they could possibly get into anything involving Greek philosophers.)

Anyway, Sherri weighs in to say that Epicurus came after Christ, and later clarifies (?) her point to mean that Christ may have come later but that there were still Christians back then because they "fed them to the lions." The Greeks did that? And does she not grasp the concept of B.C. as "Before Christ"??? The sad thing is that only Whoopi seemed to grasp the absolute stupidity of the woman, which speaks volumes to the intellectual grasp of Joy Behar. You really have to watch this to believe it. Which is a sadder commentary of the mental weakness to which our nation has fallen: that ABC keeps airing this drivel, or that enough nitwits watch it to give it the ratings that keeps ABC airing this drivel?

Researchers say that ogling women's breasts 10 minutes a day can increase a man's lifespan by five years. Apparently, the look (but don't touch) approach has the same health effects of 30 minutes of aerobic activity. And a woman doctor actually came up with this stuff!! I would keep a copy of this article handy, though. Otherwise your spouse/girlfriend probably isn't going to buy your story if she catches you checking out the large bosom of some woman at another table the next time you are at dinner. CLICK HERE.
