Nancy Pelosi is blocking a vote on the measure, which would enforce U.S. laws and deny amnesty to illegals. All five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen have refused to sign a discharge petition that would bring the measure up for a vote despite the liberal House Speaker's objections.
