OPHELIA FORD WINS SENATE SPECIAL PRIMARY.

Senator John Ford's sister kept the seat in family hands by a narrow 20 vote margin in yesterday's special election to replace the Senator who resigned in the wake of being arrested. She barely beat Rep. Henri Brooks. She is the Memphis legislator who refuses to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance because the American flag is not HER flag.  Man, those folks in Memphis really send us some gems to represent them don't they?
