Only Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt ranked lower than Tennessee in the quality of football recruits signed on National Signing Day. Tennessee was ranked 36th in the country. Alabama was number 1! This is not the way for Phil Fulmer to keep his job. CLICK HERE.
