"MR. INCOME TAX" BOB ROCHELLE RUNNING FOR STATE SENATE AGAINST MAE BEAVERS.
April 6, 2006 - 08:50
The income tax is back on the table, and its chief proponent is running for his old Senate seat. This makes every election in the state house and senate a referendum on the income tax, including the Governor's race. CLICK HERE.

SENATOR MARK NORRIS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ANTI-PROTEST LEGISLATION THAT PASSED UNANIMOUSLY IN THE SENATE LAST WEEK.

STORM WARNINGS IGNORED.
April 6, 2006 - 08:53
When those tornado sirens start going off do you (a) assume that a tornado is coming, or (b) that it is either a test or an error? That's part of the problem with the siren warning system -- most people ignore them. CLICK HERE.

STOSSEL CALLS THEIR BLUFF.
April 6, 2006 - 08:53
When John Stossel exposed some of the problems in our public schools in a 20/20 story "Stupid In America" the teachers' union went ballistic. They invited him to teach for a week. He accepted. Then the union decided it really wasn't a good idea afterall. Too bad, if more reporters exposed what is really going on in our schools as a result of the "union mentality" that dominates the system the union would probably be killed off. Which explains why they decided to retract their invitation to Stossel. CLICK HERE.
