CLINTON CRIME SYNDICATE BACK IN ACTION? CLINTON CRIME SYNDICATE BACK IN ACTION?
January 7, 2005 - 20:57
True to form, Hillary's fundraising chief has been indicted for filing false and fraudulent financial reports regarding her Hollywood fundraising. To the Clintons, the law is something that only applies to the "little people"...and certainly not to them. CLICK HERE.

HOW QUICKLY THINGS CHANGE.
January 7, 2005 - 13:08
USA Today Weekend edition just celebrated its 20th anniversary so they took a look back at some interesting comparisons of their first year and the current year. Several numbers that made their list are pretty amazing, like the number of internet domain names then and now. What a difference two short decades makes. CLICK HERE.

DEAD MAN VOTING.
January 7, 2005 - 13:10
New instances of voter fraud in Washington State, where Democrats claim to have won a narrow election victory in the Governor's race, continue to come to light. In some heavily Democrat counties, thousands more votes were cast than there are registered voters. After the votes were counted, new votes were "found" that shifted victory from the Republican candidate for Governor to the Democrat. Now, specific examples of people who died months ago but who cast absentee ballots have surfaced. The Democrats who cry so loudly about unspecified and unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud in Ohio, are silent when faced with specific examples that are the basis for a narrow election victory...for them. CLICK HERE.

Va va va, BOOM.
January 7, 2005 - 13:11
During the height of the Cold War the primary theory guiding our use of nuclear weapons was the principle of mutual assured destruction -- you send your nukes at us and we will immediately send ours. Nobody wins, so nobody starts the insanity. The concern was that some in the Russian leadership might think a "win" was possible if a few more of their people survived than ours, but wisdom prevailed over such insanity. Now, some think that a threat to vaporize Mecca has been communicated to the terrorist leadership. You hit us again and we will nuke Mecca. Does this make sense to you? CLICK HERE.

FEMALE TEACHERS PREYING ON YOUNG BOYS. MEDIA YAWNS.
January 7, 2005 - 13:14

In June the spate of teacher/student sex stories started with the very good looking Debra Lafave being arrested in Tampa for having relations with a 14 year old boy, much to the chagrin of her husband. The public seemed more titilated than distressed by the news. CLICK HERE.

Then there was another. CLICK HERE.

And, another. CLICK HERE.

Yet this dangerous and disturbing trend is treated as "interesting" rather than alarming by the media. Quite a different story when a male teacher does the same thing.

WACKY CONSUMER WARNINGS. THANK A TRIAL LAWYER.
January 7, 2005 - 13:15
An annual award for the wackiest consumer warning has been won by a toilet brush that carried the warning "Do not use for personal hygiene."  The great thing about any silly consumer warning is the fact that somebody, somewhere must have done what is warned against; otherwise the need for a warning would never have come up. If you have a wackier warning than this one, send it in via email, and we'll share it on air. Send entries to steve@gillreport.com.

BRIT STUDY SHOWS THAT SMALLER CLASSES DON'T PRODUCE BETTER RESULTS. BRIT STUDY SHOWS THAT SMALLER CLASSES DON'T PRODUCE BETTER RESULTS.
January 7, 2005 - 13:24
The mantra of the teachersunionseducationbureaucracycoalition is that more money for smaller classes will produce smarter students. Unfortunately for them, there is apparently no factual basis for their oft repeated yet wholly unproven theory. CLICK HERE.

WHITE HOUSE PAID TALK SHOW HOST TO PROMOTE THEIR AGENDA. WHITE HOUSE PAID TALK SHOW HOST TO PROMOTE THEIR AGENDA.
January 7, 2005 - 21:01
It sure isn't how I want MY tax dollars being spent. The Bush Education Department paid syndicated talk host Armstrong Williams $240,000 to promote their No Child Left Behind program. This story will do more damage to Williams' credibility than Rush Limbaugh's drug problem. CLICK HERE.

SACKED!! SACKED!!
January 7, 2005 - 21:05
A 65 year old Walmart employee was fired after showing customers a computer generated photo of himself wearing nothing but a Walmart bag. The guy told customers that cutbacks at the store were causing them to issue new uniforms to employees. It was a joke. Apparently neither Walmart or its customers have a sense of humor. Maybe the folks at COSTCO have a funny bone. CLICK HERE.
