CORKER WINS FRIST SENATE SEAT.
November 8, 2006 - 07:36
Bob Corker swam against the national tide and kept Tennessee's Senate seat in the Republican column. If the Democrats could not win in Tennessee with the national climate the way it was, with a charismatic and articulate candidate like Ford and a Republican party recovering from a bitterly divisive primary, when will they win a statewide federal race? With Hillary Clinton as their presidential nominee in two years, will Democrats in Tennessee see their fortunes improve? CLICK HERE.
