CHENEY AIDE INDICTED; ROVE GETS A PASS FOR NOW.
October 28, 2005 - 14:02
What a disappointment for the Left as Rove escapes indictment. But you shouldn't lie under oath unless you are willing to face the music...unless of course your name is Clinton. Having watched the prosecutor detail the case against him, it seems that the prosecutor is a straight shooter and that the case against Libby looks pretty strong. If he did it, as alleged, they should send him to jail. You don't lie under oath, you don't obstruct justice and you don't lie to FBI agents investigating a crime. Those rules SHOULD be applied to everybody, fairly and equally under the law. They HAVE NOT been applied to those in the Clinton Administration in the past (Bill Clinton lied under oath, Hillary apparently did the same in connection with the Whitewater investigation but the prosecutor was not sure he could prove it in a court of law, and Clinton's National Security Advisor stole and destroyed confidential documents from the national archives and faced no jail time. There are other examples.). But the failure to enforce the rules against some does not excuse the violation of the rules by others. If Libby did what is alleged, he should pay the price. WHAT IS THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON THESE OTHER CASES?
October 28, 2005 - 14:02
As the MSM and Lefties engage in what is a pre-indictment orgasm over the Valerie Plame leak case, there are other cases that did not result in prosecution with much more clearly defined illegal behavior than is apparent in this instance. Is it too late to pursue prosecutions in those cases? CLICK HERE. |

A speech by former California Supreme Court Justice, and now Federal Appellate Court Judge, Janice Rogers Brown lays out a brilliant historical view of the United States. CLICK HERE. |

WILL MAUREEN MAHONEY BE NAMED TO THE SUPREME COURT?
October 28, 2005 - 14:03
Who?? Unfortunately, Joe Farah makes a pretty good case that the President will pick another stealth candidate. Another woman. Another insider. Mahoney may very well be the one. CLICK HERE. |

GLEEFULLY PROTESTING THE DEATH OF AMERICAN SOLDIERS.
October 28, 2005 - 14:04
Earlier this week I was quoted in theTennessean noting that many on the Left have seemed to have been gleefully anticipating the point at which the 2000th U.S. soldier would be killed in Iraq so they could commemorate the event by attacking President Bush with a new round of protests. CLICK HERE.
In Friday's Tennessean a letter to the editor claims that the term "gleeful" is not appropriate to describe the Leftist attitude toward the event. Pictures convey much more than words ever can. Take a look at the smiling faces of these protesters gathered to "mourn" the loss of these soldiers and let me know if you think "gleeful" is the right word or not. CLICK HERE. |

TARGET BANS SALVATION ARMY BUT ADDS SEX TOYS.
October 28, 2005 - 14:04
Interesting priorities at Target stores. The Salvation Army bell ringers will not be allowed to seek donations at the Target stores around the nation, although the stores will continue to fund the homosexual agenda. Also, Target is adding a line of sex toys, you know, the kind that vibrate like an electric toothbrush, to their shelves. Poor Larry Flynt, now he is competing with Target. CLICK HERE. |

HALLOWEEN GETS THE BOOT IN MASSACHUSETTS.
October 28, 2005 - 14:05
An elementary school in Newton, Massachusetts has cancelled its traditional Halloween celebration after a few parents complained and threatened to keep their kids home from school on the day of the celebration. Was it the virgin sacrifice or the devil worship that had them most upset? C'mon, get a grip. Halloween is about costumes and free candy. CLICK HERE. |

JOCK AND CHEERLEADER ELECTED HOMECOMING KING AND QUEEN.
October 28, 2005 - 14:06
A suburban high school near Chicago just elected the homecoming king and queen and, not surprisingly, a jock and a cheerleader were the winners. Big deal? Well, the jock is a lesbian athlete and the cheerleader is an openly gay male student. A gay activist who is also the school's psychologist says this is a good thing. Don't you just love having your tax dollars funding the gay agenda in our schools? CLICK HERE. |
