"We have fires all over Texas right now," Traci Weaver of the Texas Forestry Service told CNN on Tuesday. Gusty winds are driving the grass fires inTexas and Oklahoma. One blaze near Oklahoma City was caused by children playing with fireworks in a shed, a fire official said.
