THE INTEREST RATE WATCH The Open Market Committee of the Federal Reserve Board will meet to consider a possible change in interest rates (Tuesday). In recent speeches, Fed governors have said that they remain concerned about inflation, an indication that they may be more inclined to raise rates than to lower them.
