Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has won a second term in a landslide victory, election officials say. With 94 percent of the vote counted, the incumbent president had 61 percent of the vote compared to 39 percent for the center-right Geraldo Alckmin, Sao Paulo state's former governor.
