PAULSON IN ASIA Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson Jr., below, will head to Asia this week, stopping in Japan on Monday, South Korea on Tuesday, Beijing on Wednesday and Shanghai on Thursday. The trip will include meetings with the Japanese finance minister and the governor of the Bank of Japan, and discussions about the weakness of the yen. Discussions in China will also include currency issues; Mr. Paulson has urged Chinese officials to move toward a more flexible exchange rate on the yuan.
